I have to admit that I often a little envious at all the amazing variations of clothing that come out for women, yet the men’s ranges can be so limited.
Seeing these boxers at a Salomon’s Trail Race, I just had to purchase a pair. Chafing is not your friend. The design of these boxers were a tremendous benefit and allowed me run with one less thing to worry about.
A word of caution though: I ran a race in them, and for some strange reason, I put on a different pair of shorts that morning that had the inside netting. Big mistake as the golden rule is DON’T TRY ANYTHING NEW ON RACE DAY. I think it may have been a combination of the netting and this underwear, but the chafing became unbearable about 60km’s in. All I could think was that the netting of the pants kept pulling or bunching up the underwear.
This experience aside, the boxers have been great. I don’t use them all the time, but on the occasions that I do use them, they are a great addition.
The unique design alone I think earns this pair of boxers a high spot in the underwear department.
